Sliabh Liag (Slieve League) is Irish for ‘mountain of stone pillars.’ These gorgeous sea cliffs, on the west coast of Ireland, rise 2000ft up from the wild Atlantic Ocean.
For years, Sliabh Liag has always felt like a comparatively well-kept secret in regards to tourism - at least compared to other cliffs in Ireland. It’s every bit as spectacular as the more famous Cliffs of Moher, though.
